The visit includes Auschwitz I, with its preserved barracks and exhibitions, and Auschwitz II–Birkenau, where you will see the iconic railway ramp, watchtowers, and camp remains. The tour at both sites is led by a certified Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum guide, accompanied by an experienced tour leader.

Day before the tour, we will reach out to confirm the pick up time via WhatsApp or Email, along with any other important details you need to be fully prepared and feel safe!

Pick up place from Krakow
Pick up place is locatead near the heart of the Krakow, at general place called Pawia 18b street (in front of the Mercure Hotel), you will be greeted by your tour leader appointed for the tour. Please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure to begin a once in a life time experience.

Professional and calm transport to Auschwitz (around 1,5h)
Before arriving relax in our air-conditioned coach straight from our personal fleet on the 1,5h drive to Auschwitz, 70km from Krakow. Our English-speaking drivers and tour leaders will share stories setting the historical context for your visit making it an unforgetable experience.

Auschwitz I (2hours)
After arriving, you'll be introduced to a local expert guide for a tour of Aucshwitz I, the orginal camp used by the Nazis. Walk trough its haunting grounds and hear the stories of survival, courage, and tragedy.

Transfer to second part of the tour Auschwitz II Birkenau (10min)
After first part of the tour at main grounds, you will have a moment of reflection, and moment to take a break within the short 10-minute transfer to Auschwitz II Birkenau, the larger campl where the victims and atrocities of the Holocaust reached their devastating scale.

Aucshwitz II Birkenau (1-1,5h)
Right here you'll visitthe grounds, seeing the iconic wooden barracks, watchtowers, and the remains of the Judenrampe (railway ramp), where milions op people arrived to meet their fate without knowing. Your guide will help you grasp the significance of this site, where over a million people perished. This part is a moment of reflection.

Return to Krakow (1,5h)

- As per requirements of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, all participants are reuqired to provide their full name and contact details as part of the booking.
- Please, wear comfortable shoes - the tour requires a lot of walking. Also take an umbrella or a raincoat with you in order to be prepared in case of rain (the majority of the tour will take place outside)
- Owing to the requirements, all tickets to the museum are non-refundable. Please consider your purchase carefully.
- Please bear in mind that there are hundreds of tourists visiting the Museum every day and keeping your own pace of sightseeing is not possible.
- You will be asked to leave your bigger belongings in a car (don't worry they will be locked and supervised by our driver). The allowed dimensions of a bag you can take with you are 30x20x10 (A4 size)
- You will get a headset to hear the guide clearly throughout the whole Auschwitz tour.
- Eating and smoking, as well as acting in a loud manner are forbidden at the site.
- Taking photos in the buildings with the use of flash is forbidden. You are allowed to take photos only in selected parts of the Museum.
- Participants are required to provide an ID card, as this will be checked before entrance. The name provided on the booking should be exactly the name on the ID provided.
- Tour time might change as it depends on avaliability from the museum staff, in rare ocassions tour might get cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
